Refund policy

Because every figurine is custom made specifically for you based on your uploaded photo, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or minor differences in likeness. Each piece is individually designed, modeled, and printed to order, and cannot be resold. Please review your photo, size, and design details carefully before completing your order.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work. We'll offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Your figurine arrives damaged or broken during shipping
  • Your figurine has a major manufacturing defect (e.g., print errors, missing or incomplete parts, structural flaws)
  • Your figurine does not match the design you approved in any significant, unmistakable way
  • You received the wrong size, base option, or item than what you ordered

Not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Change of mind after the design has been approved or production has started
  • Minor differences in color, pose, or likeness that fall within the normal range of a custom piece
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or extraordinary circumstances
  • Photos submitted that were low quality, blurry, or unclear. While we do our best to flag issues during review and communicate them to you, final responsibility for photo quality rests with the customer

Reporting a problem:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Claims submitted after this window, or without photo evidence, may not be eligible for resolution.

To report an issue, contact us with your order number and photos. We respond to all claims within 2 business days and will work with you on a resolution, typically a reprint or refund, depending on the issue.

Before filing a dispute: If something's wrong with your order, please reach out to us directly first. We genuinely want to make it right, and most issues can be resolved quickly this way, faster than a bank or payment dispute process.
