Every figurine is custom made just for you, starting only after your design has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, please allow a few business days for your order to be modeled, printed, and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery typically takes place within less than 2 weeks, though exact timing can vary depending on your destination, local customs processing, and courier conditions.

Tracking Your Order
Once your figurine ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes above, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or courier issues beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if your order is running behind schedule.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Since each figurine is custom made, we're unable to redirect or reprint orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
